Find your Tribe

TRAIN. FIGHT. PLAY. BELONG.
Your next adventure starts now!

Step into the fantasy! Takari Tribe is where fitness meets fun and community comes alive through live-action roleplay. Train like a warrior, spar with friends, and dive into epic battles and immersive events! Whether you’re here to build strength, test your skills, or just have a blast, Wyoming’s premier LARP experience is ready for you!

So… like the movie, Role Models?

Kind of! Different LARP groups use different rule systems, but it’s more than just foam weapons. Some focus on strategy, some on physical combat, and some dive deep into roleplay—big improv sessions where you get lost in character and let the story unfold. Whatever experience you’re looking for, there’s a LARP for that!
Takari uses its own system, which allows you to be and do as you wish. In the very rare event we take a field trip to another event or camp, our system filters your character details into other game sytems, so you don’t have to sweat juggling kits or personas.

How does this fit with Cozykins?

Takari Tribe first came to life in 2017, starting as a small group in another state. When Lex moved to Wyoming, Takari came too! Then, in 2024, Cozykins was born—a full business dedicated to creating plush toys, building community, and supporting mental wellness. The two have grown side by side, forming a symbiotic bond rooted in camaraderie, movement, and shared adventure. Cozykins helps sponsor Takari by providing supplies, ensuring the tribe thrives.

Want to support Takari directly? You can donate LARP weapons to help new members gear up! For safety reasons, we can only accept professionally made weapons crafted by LARP-specialized weaponsmithsno homemade weapons, please!
By supporting Cozykins, you’re also uplifting Takari Tribe. Two different worlds, one shared mission: building spaces where everyone belongs!

How Do I Start?

It’s simple: Show up, bring water, wear comfy clothes, and we’ll handle the rest!
